We are seeking two motivated Electrical & Mechanical Assemblers to join our growing team, working on the assembly, wiring, testing, and manufacture of high-quality electromechanical products. This hands‐on role is ideal for trade‐qualified professionals with strong mechanical aptitude, electrical wiring experience, and a commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
* Assemble various components including stators, rotors, windings, housings, and hardware.
* Perform wiring, soldering, and electrical interconnection tasks per engineering drawings.
* Use a variety of hand and power tools, test equipment, and measuring instruments.
* Read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics and work instructions.
* Conduct basic functional testing including insulation resistance and continuity checks.
* Work collaboratively with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to resolve technical issues.
* Maintain high standards of workmanship, cleanliness, and safety.
Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications
* Proven experience in electrical wiring and component assembly or mechanical assembly and fabrication.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
* Proficient in reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, and SOPs.
* Familiarity with precision torqueing, alignment, and assembly tools.
* Ability to perform basic electrical tests (multimeter, megger, etc.).
* Ability to use a range of hand and power tools.
* Knowledge of panel wiring, switchboards, or electrical control systems.
* Ability to manage your own time and complete tasks efficiently.
* Computer literacy with regard to understanding of 3D models and extraction of key data to support production.
* Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem‐solving skills.
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Experience in manufacturing or production environments (Highly Desirable).
* Dual‐trade background (electrical + mechanical) is a bonus.

* Applicants may be required to hold Australian citizenship.
* Must meet ITAR and/or EAR compliance as part of employment eligibility.
* May be required to undergo a current police check, obtain a Commonwealth defence security clearance, and participate in random drug and alcohol screening.
