An exciting opportunity exists for a hands-on Project Manager to join a leading construction and fit-out organisation delivering high-quality commercial projects across Australia.
This is a client-facing role, responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to client expectations.
What You'll Do
Lead, plan, and schedule multiple projects, overseeing project administration and cost management.
Manage subcontractors, procurement, and project financials, including client progress claims and cost reporting.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Coach and develop Contract Administrators and Project Coordinators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Ensure all projects comply with HSEQ requirements, company standards, and statutory obligations.
Conduct project inspections, lessons learned sessions, and deliver thorough project handovers.
About You
Degree in Construction or Project Management, or equivalent industry experience.
Proven experience in project management, ideally with 3+ years as a Contracts Administrator or Project Coordinator.
Strong knowledge of NCC requirements, building approvals, compliance, and fit-out delivery.
Excellent leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
Competent with MS Office; experience with project management software (Procore, Jobpac, IPM, Cheops) is highly desirable.
