Find purpose and impact
Make an impact by assisting in the delivery of quality services to Water Supply and Sewerage clients and customers, including the planning, preparation and delivery of information, programs and events. The position oversees the maintenance and development of the Water Supply and Sewerage webpages. This role also undertakes a range of business related and administrative tasks.
You'll Make An Impact By
* Assist in dealing with customer and client enquiries relating to Water Supply and Sewerage Services;
* Plan and participate in events that promote services to the community such as expos and school education programs;
* Assist in the development of information content for newsletters and brochures for customers, clients and specific groups; and
* Upload information, files and video's to Council's website.
What You'll Bring
To thrive in this role, you will need:
* Certificate III Business, Certificate IV in Marketing and Communication or a related experience.
* Experience in a marketing, communications or community engagement role.
* Demonstrated skill and ability to effectively manage customer and client relationships, offering a high level of customer service to external and internal customers.
* Experience in developing and delivering informational and educational materials for clients, customers and special interest groups, preferably in a local government environment.
* Demonstrated skill and ability in written and oral communication skills.
* High level computing skills including Microsoft Office Suite and computerised databases and web based software.

This position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from $77,470 to $90,034.
