Key Responsibilities:
* Transform complex engineering blueprints, schematics, and designs into actionable field plans, ensuring seamless execution by installation and construction crews.
* Conduct comprehensive site surveys to identify potential constructability issues, guaranteeing that plans are viable and effective.
* Plan and validate technical aspects of network builds, encompassing fibre cable routes, HFC node segmentation, and copper network remediation.
* Review and interpret civil / structural plans for new housing foundations, verifying adherence to engineering specifications and building codes.
* Collaborate with project management teams to develop technical specifications for project bids and tenders.
Quality Assurance & Compliance:
1. Assume primary guardianship of technical standards, conducting field audits and inspections to ensure all work meets NBN, Telstra, and Australian Standards.
2. Develop and implement quality assurance checklists and procedures for both network and civil projects.
