Occupational Therapist Role

About the Job
This role involves working with a diverse caseload of children, developing individualized treatment plans to help them overcome physical and developmental challenges. You will be responsible for assessing children's needs, designing and implementing effective therapy programs, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
* Work with a Paediatric caseload across Bacchus Marsh, Melton, and/or Ballarat.
* Develop individualized treatment plans to help children overcome physical and developmental challenges.
* Support adult clients if desired.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong assessment and problem-solving skills.
