What does your day look like?
We are seeking Employment Officers and Post Placement Support Officers to manage our caseload of participants based in community.
Employment Officer
As Employment Officer, you will be the first point of contact for job seeking participants. You will be based in one community and provide a high level of individualized service to each participant to ensure they are job ready.
Post Placement Support Officer
As a Post Placement Support Officer, you will work closely with the participant, employer, and Remote Australia Employment Service (RAES) staff to create effective supports and interventions that ensure the job seeker's retention in employment. These positions involve travel across several communities.
These positions are fixed term contracts.
