Who we are seeking We are looking for an enthusiastic educator who has: K - 12 teaching experience A passion for educational technology An excellent understanding of data and data workflows in an educational context Very strong interpersonal skills Emotional intelligence Amazing time management What you will be doing Implementing Schoolbox to a diverse Customer base Consulting to support customer success Writing and creating educational content to support key stakeholders Collaborating with teammates to ensure Schoolbox and customer goals are achieved Sharing educational trends to contribute to the future direction and success of Schoolbox Using analytical tools and engagement reports to provide schools with detailed status reports of their current practice and supporting them towards best practice Providing outstanding, personalised support for our customers in our online learning community Researching educational trends to improve Schoolbox and our customers experience Here’s what you need to succeed An ongoing commitment to your own professional development The ability to work in a team and autonomously Be an independent human, with an adaptive attitude in a fast-paced environment A willingness to take risks, fail and learn from your mistakes Confidence interacting with, and presenting to a range of internal and external stakeholders The ability to travel interstate and overseas, and a valid driver’s licence.
