Position A: Site & Factory Worker
Key Responsibilities:
- Work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Fabricate custom joinery and cabinetry for renovations and commercial fit-outs
- Cut, shape, assemble, and install wooden joinery
- Operate CNC machinery and use AutoCAD (optional, training provided)
Position B: Cabinetmaker & Draftsperson
Key Responsibilities:
- Order materials and manage product sourcing for ongoing projects
- Assist with construction-related office documentation and admin tasks
- Draft detailed plans using AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Operate CNC machinery using programs such as Microvellum or Cabinet Vision
- Collaborate closely with the team throughout project stages
Preferred Software Skills:
- CNC: Microvellum, Cabinet Vision, or similar
- Drafting: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or equivalent
Qualifications & Experience (Both Positions)
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Korean
- Experience in the construction or joinery industry preferred
- Trade qualifications in cabinet making or strong knowledge of joinery construction and materials highly regarded
