Key Responsibilities:
* Verify patient insurance benefits and coverage with relevant payers
* Navigate complex reimbursement challenges and barriers
* Document details regarding benefits, cost share, and access/provider options
* Identify coverage restrictions and facilitate patient access
* Promptly initiate prior authorization processes and claims appeals
* Report trends and delays in reimbursements to management
Requirements:
* In-depth understanding of Buy & Bill, Major Medical & Pharmacy Benefit Coverage
* Minimum 2-5 years of experience in benefit investigation
* 3-5 years of professional interaction with healthcare providers
* Exceptional verbal communication skills and grammar
* Proficient computer skills
* Prior experience with Salesforce systems is a plus
