* Main Responsibilities:
* Payroll and Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely payroll for review with the HR Manager.
* Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant employment laws and regulations, including the General Retail Award.
* Superannuation: Coordinate superannuation payments and manage payroll system administration.
* Leave Balances: Maintain accurate leave balances and facilitate end-of-financial-year requirements.
* Recruitment: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, including publishing job openings and screening candidates.
* Onboarding/Offboarding: Streamline the onboarding process for new employees and conduct thorough exit interviews.
* Administration: Provide administrative support for time and attendance systems and assist with probationary periods.
* Culture Building: Foster a positive work environment through team-building events and initiatives.
* WHS: Lead the WHS Committee in promoting a safe working environment.
