We design, manufacture and install modular buildings for education, affordable housing, mining, custodial and commercial sectors across all mainland Australian states. Our recreational vehicle work includes servicing as well as manufacture and distribute leading products. We work as One Fleetwood across our group of companies, including Building Solutions, Community Solutions and RV Solutions.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Coordinator will Support the Sales and Marketing team to ensure the timely and accurate administration of all tender and sales documentation in accordance with business and legislative policy and guidelines. You will also be responsible for managing incoming sales enquiries, assisting with marketing material, and delivering monthly reports.

**The main responsibilities of the role are**:

- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders
- Daily lead generation tasks and reporting
- Managing incoming sales enquiries through website and phone leads
- Assist with creation of monthly and weekly reports
- Maintain up to date records of registers, clients' files, quotes and documentation in our internal database (Navision)
- Take ownership of managing critical tasks and key activities within the sales process (meeting requests, follow ups, procedures)
- Creating returnable schedules and documents through the negotiation process
- Assistance with marketing campaigns and introduction communications for new and existing clients
- Provide support for the bid manager to complete tender documents ensuring all response requirements are met
- Assist the Sales Representatives with CRM input and pipeline management
- Ensure accurate and timely collation of data for monthly task and departmental reporting
- Provide secretarial support at weekly meetings, including minute taking and NAV pipeline amendments
- Provide support for the Sales and Marketing team
- Provide direct customer support, sales process and bid leadership to allocated Victorian opportunities

**About You**:
The successful applicant will have fantastic organisational skills, high attention to detail and a strong customer service background. The Sales Administrator will play an integral role within our sales team. You will demonstrate high level administration skills with proficiency across the Microsoft suite. You will have a proven relationship building skills with the ability to work with and support a range of stakeholders in the business.

**To be successful in this role you will demonstrate**:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Experience with a CRM platform is desirable
- Experience in sales admin and direct customer support
- Sound statistical, analytical and administrative skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy (including preparation of reports)
- Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team with sound time management skills
- Highly organised and systematic with large volumes of data, ability to see relationships within data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Moderate computing skills, particularly in MS Excel, Word and Outlook
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Dynamics Navision (highly desirable).
