Overview
Customer Order Specialist – MoorebankWe are looking for a detail‐oriented and proactive team member to manage customer orders and coordinate projects for a leading lighting company.
Benefits
- Pay: $38 – $42 per hour + Super
- Shift flexibility: 8:00–16:00 or 9:00–17:00 (Mon‐Fri)

- Duration: 2 to 4 months minimum (possible ongoing) – start ASAP
Responsibilities
- Order Management: accept, validate and process customer orders accurately.
- Complex Projects: create manual orders for large scale projects, manage milestone deliveries and billing schedules.
- Project Coordination: track project orders and coordinate between suppliers, internal teams and customers to meet deadlines.
- Inventory Logistics: check product availability, prepare delivery proposals, suggest alternatives for out‐of‐stock items and resolve discrepancies.
- Data Reporting: maintain customer master data and generate monthly reports on orders, deliveries, sales and stock levels.
Qualifications
- Proven background in order processing, sales support or logistics administration.
- Experience or solid knowledge of SAP PR4 (transitioning to this system in early May).
- Experience with Salesforce highly regarded.
- Strong problem‐solving skills, attention to detail and ability to resolve order issues independently.
- Professional communication skills and ability to manage various stakeholders.
- Focus on continuous improvement to streamline ordering and delivery processes.
