You will join an international executive search firm that operates exclusively on a retained basis, partnering with some of the world's leading organisations. The business is part of a global group with strong referral flow from major commercial centres including New York, London, Singapore and Hong Kong, alongside locally originated mandates. You are remunerated for expertise, judgement and advisory capability, not for activity or volume.

The Role
As Director – Human Resources, you will lead and deliver senior-level retained HR search mandates, partnering closely with CHROs, C-suite executives and Boards. You will originate and execute search work across Australia and the broader APAC region, contribute to advisory and consulting offerings, and represent the firm through industry events, roundtables and professional networks. The focus is on building long-term, trusted relationships rather than transactional recruitment.
