As we look to expand our Leadership Team, our Headteacher seeks an individual with significant teaching experience, a genuine passion for leading others and an excellent team player.
This teacher will work closely with our Assistant Headteacher to form a part of the leadership team to deliver on our school's ambitious mission.

2. Proven and successful experience in school middle leadership and management in a primary setting.
3. Conducting training, mentoring and staff development.
4. High-quality teaching, and the ability to model this for others and support them to improve through mentoring and coaching.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Thorough knowledge of the National Curriculum.
7. Data analysis skills, and the ability to use data to set targets and identify weaknesses.
8. Offer a creative and flexible approach to problem-solving.
9. Commitment to gaining the best outcomes for all pupils and promoting the ethos and values of the school.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
