About the role
Our client is a dynamic organisation who is continually adapting to deliver effective outcomes for the community. As a HR people partner, you will join a growing team and play a key role in supporting their employees and driving the people initiatives
Key Responsibilities
* Provide HR operational support and guidance to business units.
* Manage employee relations issues and conduct thorough investigations
* Partner with managers on performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
* Implement and administer HR policies and procedures.
* Understand VPS enterprise agreement and provide guidance
* Implement and analyse HR data and reporting to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
* Support recruitment and on-boarding processes.
* Facilitate training and development programs.
* Support the delivery of the health, safety & well-being program
Qualifications And Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or People Partner.
* Strong understanding of Victorian Government processes as well as HR best practices.
* Ability to work in an agile environment
* Strong experience in employee relations and performance management
* Highly developed communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Solid business acumen with a proven ability to manage projects and prioritise tasks.
