Our growing Urban Development team comprises skilled engineers and designers pushing boundaries with innovative projects, including residential subdivisions, land lease communities, townhouses, and commercial developments, collaborating with well-known local and national developers.
Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Civil Designer to join our Urban Development team in Brisbane. You will lead the delivery of high-quality civil design solutions across diverse urban and land development projects, contributing to sustainable and vibrant communities in the region.
This role is ideal for an experienced designer ready to take on more responsibility, drive technical excellence, and mentor junior team members. You will work closely with a skilled, supportive team on impactful projects.
You will be supported by a network of senior professionals, including Technical Directors, in a collaborative environment that values innovation, career growth, and work-life balance.
Qualifications
* An advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification
* 5+ years' experience in Urban Development (desirable)
* Proficiency with 12D and CAD systems
* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work autonomously and in team settings
