About the role
Provide excellent customer service, working within a small Reservations team, in the head office based in Cottesloe, WA.
Full-time employment - Monday to Friday, no weekends or late nights.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly professional personality, love of all things travel, experience living or working in the WA coast and Pilbara region of WA, and eagerness to enhance guest experience.
Must have;
* Customer service background in Hospitality/Tourism roles
* Friendly and outgoing personality, willing to talk guests through their enquires via phone and email
* Experience with online bookings, OTA's and a high level of competence using RMS, or similar online reservations system
* Intermediate level of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)
This unique Reservations role will also have you;
* Assisting the Sales & Reservations team to achieve revenue and occupancy targets, maximising yield
* Upselling room upgrades, products, tours and activities
* Cross-selling the group's properties and locations
* Learning about various room rates, promotions, deals and packages to best suit guest's needs.
