We're searching for a dynamic leader who thrives on delivering sales results while building motivated, high-performing teams. As Regional Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of regional growth — setting ambitious targets, tracking performance, and coaching managers to exceed expectations. More than just driving revenue, you'll ensure every club thrives through strong member satisfaction, retention, and a culture that fuels long-term commercial success.
Qualifications
* Proven track record in sales management and strategy execution
* Strong leadership with demonstrated ability to build, coach, and manage teams
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Skilled at analyzing sales data and translating insights into action plans
* Experience in the fitness industry (highly regarded but not essential)
* Ability to work independently while making data-driven decisions
* Flexibility to travel across the region as required
