About the Role
We are currently looking for a Shift Undermanager that want to build lucrative careers in the mining industry and secure roles at our western based operation - Clarence Colliery.

Reporting to the Production Manager, your role will be responsible for
• Managing shift safety, production, and maintenance targets through prioritising resources on shift and inter shift
• Development and Extraction mining process support
• Ensuring statutory compliance through inspections and reporting
• Supporting commitment to a high level of internal safety standards and team culture
• Positive team leadership and influence

Suitable candidates will have
• NSW Shift Undermanager's Certificate of Competency / Mutual Recognition (or higher)
• NSW Shift Undermanager's Practising Certificate
• Compliance to the Learning and Completion Hours of the Maintenance of Competence for Practising Certificates
• Commitment to safety, operational practices, and mine production targets
• Strong leadership experience and continuous improvement outlook
• Ability to mentor and coach direct reports
• Personal drive and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in a similar underground mining role
