Job Title: Customer Service Manager
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and have experience in managing daily operations of a front office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain the integrity and accuracy of information in financial, human resource and other databases.
* Collaborate with senior staff on special projects as required.
* Demonstrate honesty, collaboration, innovation and respect, adhering to our organization's values.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 6 months or 1 year of experience in reception or administration.
* A valid national police check.
* A full driver's license.
* Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Holding or obtaining an NDIS worker orientation module with a working with children card.
* First aid and CPR certification.
* A Certificate III or IV in individual support.
Work Environment:
This role involves working on the road with possible work from home arrangements.
