Operational Intelligence Manager
* This role is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that enhance airport operations and customer experience.
* The ideal candidate will have a degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or Business Intelligence, and proven hands-on experience in data integration, business intelligence, and predictive analytics.
Data Integration & Analytics
Key Responsibilities:
* Aggregate data from multiple sources into a unified intelligence layer.
* Build and maintain live dashboards, reporting tools, and data pipelines that support contract delivery and client requirements.
* Establish data governance practices to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance.
Real-Time Operational Intelligence
Key Features:
* Provide live visibility of staffing, passenger flows, incidents, and asset utilisation.
* Develop alerting systems to support proactive responses and reduce disruption.
* Enable frontline supervisors and operational leaders to make timely, evidence-based decisions.
Predictive & Strategic Insights
