Job Summary
This position is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external customers while monitoring and controlling a pit area consisting of one or more games. The incumbent must ensure customer service standards are met while maintaining the integrity of the games.

* Deliver exceptional customer service to maximize guest enjoyment and return play.
* Maintain knowledge of all policies and procedures related to the specific table game being supervised.
* Create a safe, professional, friendly, and productive work environment that supports high morale and productivity.
* Support Seminole Gaming's culture and team philosophy throughout the property.
* Serve as a role model for all employees and promote positive public relations to create an enjoyable atmosphere for customers.
* Resolve customer-related problems in a fast-paced environment.
* Protect customers' rewards and credit lines.
* Comply with all departmental and company policies, including business ethics guidelines and regulatory requirements.
* Maintain confidentiality of Seminole Gaming trade secrets and proprietary information.
* Develop and maintain a fun-filled, entertaining, and exciting environment.
Requirements
Five years of table games experience are required. Two years in a Dual-Rated management level capacity or above is preferred. Knowledge of all primary casino games and most secondary games is necessary.
Work Environment
* The employee must frequently stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear, and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
* The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced, and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino-related environmental factors, including second-hand smoke, excessive noise, and constant exposure to the general public.
