Are you an experienced Electrical Project Manager with a background in electrical contracting, looking to take full ownership of on‐site delivery? This is a rare opportunity to step into a hands‐on leadership role, running your own projects from procurement through to labour management, while overseeing complex, high‐value electrical works in mission‐critical environments such as data centres.
This role is ideal for someone who has come up through a smaller contractor and is now ready to manage larger, more complex projects while progressing their career. Previous data centre experience is advantageous but not essential, relevant experience in high‐end electrical contracting or similar mission‐critical facilities will be highly regarded.
The Role
* Take full ownership of project delivery on active electrical construction sites
* Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors
* Oversee labour onsite, coordinating daily tasks, progress, and productivity
* Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met throughout the project
* Communicate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to keep delivery on track
Requirements
* Proven experience as a project manager in electrical contracting
* Experience on data centre projects or similar mission‐critical infrastructure highly regarded
* Strong understanding of electrical construction delivery, including procurement and labour management
* Electrical trade or technical qualification preferred
