This is a great opportunity for those with sales expertise or for those in the tyre industry to take the next step in their careers and move into Sales and Management.
Role includes assisting the store manager and assistant manager in all managerial tasks and stepping in to manage the store when the Manager or Assistant Manager is not in attendance. The ability to motivate the team, drive sales to meet budgets & KPIs, sell tyres, wheels, batteries and alignments, inspect customers' vehicles, advise them of what they need, provide quotes, work with the foreman to manage workflow, handle banking, enforce company policies, OHS laws and procedures.

* A natural salesperson with leadership experience who thrives in a retail automotive environment.
* A sales powerhouse passionate about customer service, hungry to grow sales, and experienced in the automotive industry.
* A goal‐getter with a strong understanding of sales processes and a desire to exceed pre‐set goals and KPIs.
You must be reliable, enthusiastic, goal‐driven and show a willingness to learn new things, have a positive influence and great attention to detail.
