DFP Recruitment is seeking an experienced Change Manager to join our client's Performance and Finance team. This team manages the compliance of Lease Agreements to Property Asset Management Framework obligations. This role will be critical to the successful implementation of the project, which involves developing new processes to support a new contract between two government agencies.
The Change Manager will be responsible for designing, planning, and delivering process-driven solutions to enable growth and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new processes for implementing the new contract.
- Map the Client's process for implementing an Agreement for Lease and Concurrent Lease.
- Develop and map out processes to ensure compliance of Lease Agreements to Property Asset Management Framework obligations.
- Support stakeholder engagement and analysis.
- Identify problems/opportunities and design, plan, and deliver solutions.
- Gather and analyse requirements and work with business owners to determine best business solutions.
- Manage delivery from start-up to implementation and embedment.
- Ensure the best business solution is delivered and outcomes are achieved.
- Research external market best practices for business solutions
Essential Criteria:
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Proven experience in organizational change management
- Communications experience
- Ability to translate requirements into user story requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency with MS Office (PPT, XLS, and DOC)
