About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice Automotive Technician. This is an opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and develop valuable skills in a dynamic environment.
As an Apprentice, you will:
- Gain hands-on experience working with experienced mechanics on a variety of vehicles.
- Learn essential mechanical skills, including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
- Develop an understanding of Ford safety systems, processes, and procedures.
- Participate in a structured apprenticeship program with formal training and mentorship.
- Work in a collaborative environment, learning from and contributing to the team.
- Be part of a team that supports cutting-edge testing and development of vehicles.
We are looking for an individual who:
- Has a passion for cars and a desire to learn.
- Wants to work with their hands and solve problems.
- Has strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Is reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new things.
- Is committed to safety and following procedures.
- Is confident in their abilities and enjoys collaboration.
