Would you like to be part of our expansion into Pakenham? We're excited to announce our new dealership, which will have a small, close-knit team selling two great new brands that have recently hit the market: Mahindra and JAC Motors.

About The Role
We seek a passionate and driven Sales Consultant to join our close-knit team. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn the art of selling cars and make a significant impact in our dealership.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored vehicle solutions.
* Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives.
* Maintain knowledge of our product range and industry trends.
* Assist customers with financing options and paperwork.
* Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Requirements
* Proven experience in Sales, ideal if you have sold cars, but at least you would have sold "big ticket" items.
* Excellent selling and organisational skills (must be a proactive self-starter).
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
* Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Familiarity with the local market and customer preferences is an advantage.
* Must have a current full Victorian driver's licence.
