What are we offering?

Join our dedicated Emergency Department team at Gawler Health Service, where you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, confidential, and customer-focused administrative support. This position is part of a 24/7 roster and requires flexibility to work across a range of shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. You'll contribute to efficient patient admissions, discharge processes, and the smooth running of essential administrative functions in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

How will you contribute?

- Provide courteous and efficient reception and admissions services to patients, visitors, and staff both in person and via phone.
- Assist with patient record administration, including case note preparation, maintenance, and accurate data entry.
- Support effective communication systems by managing paging, public address, and in-house media networks.
- Work collaboratively within the team to maintain smooth administrative operations and contribute to continuous quality improvement.

What else do you need to know/what is essential for success?
