Customer Service Representative
In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service support across various channels. You will be based in a Service Centre where you will learn various processes and systems, utilise collaboration tools and process transactions accordingly for internal/external customers.
This is a permanent position based from our Dubbo or Parkes Service Centres. You must live locally and have the ability to travel to/from the office daily.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience in a customer-centric service organisation.
* Able to adapt and learn new processes and procedures as new technology, service requirements and work methods emerge.
* Takes ownership of customer experience and builds rapport, understands customer requirements and provides best possible service approach from first contact.
* Experience using multiple computer-based systems and able to learn new systems with ease.
