Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a proactive safety management system across the Agency.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement a comprehensive safety framework.
* Lead and manage human and physical resources to achieve business outcomes.
* Analyse complex safety issues and recommend courses of action.
* Actively engage with stakeholders, identifying expectations and concerns to develop and communicate methodologies and practices.
* Engage in complex problem solving and issue management.
