Lecturer in Medical Education Opportunity

* Design and deliver high-quality problem-based learning (PBL) and clinical skills components for Phase 1 students across all clinical schools and learning formats.
* Collaborate with academics to develop assessments that are purposeful, well-aligned with learning outcomes, and support student success.
* Lead the development and coordination of targeted remediation strategies for students who require additional academic assistance.
* Contribute actively to program and course reviews, both internal and external, in collaboration with the Phase 1 and Teaching and Learning Committees.
* Champion quality assurance by monitoring student feedback and assessment practices to ensure consistency, fairness, and validity.
* Pursue collaborative research projects, build your research profile through high-quality publications, and progress or initiate a higher research degree in a medical education-related field.
