* Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth service
* Lead and motivate the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service
* Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
* Monitor and maintain inventory levels, placing orders with suppliers as needed
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe working environment
* Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently
* Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability
* Analyze sales data and prepare reports for upper management
* Step in for the Restaurant Manager when necessary, making critical decisions to maintain operations
Qualifications
* Proven experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role in a fast-paced dining environment
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
* Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences
* Proficiency in restaurant management software and Point of Sale (POS) systems
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to multitask and make quick decisions in a high-pressure environment
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and commitment to maintaining hygiene standards
* Experience with inventory management and cost control
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
* Food Safety Certification
* Understanding of food and beverage industry trends
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
