About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Community & Social Media Manager (Japanese Speaking) to lead and grow our presence in the Japanese FX market.This role requires a deep understanding of Japan’s retail trading landscape, strong social media execution capabilities, and hands-on experience engaging Japanese FX traders across relevant digital platforms.You will be responsible for developing and executing localised community and social media strategies to drive brand awareness, trader engagement, and client acquisition in Japan.
Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity ManagementStart and manage a Discord Trading CommunityBuild and manage Japanese-speaking trading communities across relevant platformsEngage directly with Japanese retail FX traders and IBsModerate discussions and maintain active community interactionDevelop initiatives to increase retention and loyalty within the Japanese market
Social Media Strategy & ExecutionDevelop localised social media strategies tailored to the Japanese FX audienceManage and grow official Japanese-language accountsCreate and oversee FX-related content, including market insights, product updates, and campaign materialsTrack KPIs and optimise campaigns for engagement and conversion
Market & Industry InsightMonitor trends in the Japanese FX marketAnalyse competitor activity within JapanProvide strategic recommendations based on market behavior and regulatory landscape
CollaborationWork closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teamsSupport campaign launches, promotions, and trader education initiativesCoordinate with compliance to ensure local regulatory alignment
Requirements
EssentialNative-level Japanese (written & spoken)Fluent English for internal communicationProven experience in the Japanese FX / CFD trading industryStrong understanding of Japan’s retail FX ecosystemExperience managing Japanese social media channelsHands-on experience with trading platforms such as MT4 / MT5
PreferredExperience working with Japanese IB networksFamiliarity with the Japan Financial Services Agency (JFSA) environmentBackground in digital marketing within financial servicesStrong analytical mindset and data-driven approach
