Agent Admin offers a range of done-for-you accounts and administration services to real estate agencies across Melbourne and interstate.

Working with a range of real estate clients of different sizes and at different stages in their business life cycles, your duties will include:
Entering supplier bills for payment
Managing supplier payments
Recording income
Bank account reconciliations
Processing payroll
Superannuation contributions
Payroll Tax lodgements
Preparing monthly financial reports
Cash Flow management
Ad hoc accounts related queries
Our clients use a range of software packages including Xero, MYOB, Box+Dice, Agent Box and PropertyMe. You will be provided with full training on all systems involved in the role so prior experience with the specific real estate products is not necessary but would be highly advantageous. Prior Xero and MYOB experience is necessary.

The role is full time Monday to Friday (no weekend work), 9.00am to 5.30pm. We work on cloud based systems allowing our team to also work remotely if preferred/required. For days in the office, we’re located in the beautiful suburb of Armadale, Melbourne so you'll be close to cafes, shops and transport with the train station within metres.
Please note this role is for an experienced and competent real estate accounts administrator / bookkeeper. This role is not suited to a junior/entry level candidate.
