We're seeking a detail-oriented and people-skilled professional to join our team in Daley's Point office. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, organisation, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with prospective or existing clients over the phone or in person with warmth and empathy.
* Support our Care Team with administrative tasks including booking appointments, responding to client enquiries, and onboarding new clients.
* Coordinate and attend social events for our clients from lunches and outings to craft afternoons.
* Provide general office support including printing, scanning, and assisting with client and caregiver communication.
* Maintain office tidiness, ensure PPE stocks are adequate, and organise office events.
About You
* Previous experience in administration, event coordination, or customer service.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Able to multitask and manage time effectively.
* A confident outgoing personality.
