Job Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate support worker to provide in-home care services to clients with varying levels of need.
As a support worker, you will be responsible for assisting clients with personal care needs, domestic activities, and transportation services. You will also develop and implement individualised plans that cater to each client's unique requirements.
About The Role
* Provide high-quality in-home support to clients with varying levels of need
* Assist clients with personal care needs, domestic activities and transportation services
* Develop and implement individualised plans that cater to clients' unique needs
* Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders
Requirements
* Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (Disability, Aged Care, Mental Health)
* Current DHS Child-Related or Disability Clearance and Working With Children Check
* Current valid Police Check (within the last 6 months)
* Current First Aid Certificate
* Unrestricted Drivers' Licence and roadworthy vehicle if transporting clients
