We are setting the trend in the travel industry, having unveiled products like Cruises, Ultra Lux, Car Hire, and Business Traveler, increasing the business sales by tens of millions of dollars last year. Our Sydney office is on Kent Street, a short walk from Wynyard station and close to great cafés in Barangaroo. Luxury Escapes is an in‐person company; we work and collaborate together face to face in our Barangaroo office.

About The Role
We launched Cruises in Australia less than 12 months ago and have already seen the product grow to contribute tens of millions of dollars of sales in 2023. With rapid growth in Australia, we are seeking an experienced product manager to scale cruises in Australia and launch the product globally.
Role Specifics
- Sell in Australia and New Zealand; expanding into other markets is expected.
- Work with technology partners and major cruise lines to build a best‐in‐class cruise product.
- Lead one of the business's fastest‐growing products, previously launched in early 2023 as part of LuxPlus.
What You'll Do
- Build a deep understanding of customer needs to advocate for them effectively.
- Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for the products you manage.
- Manage the end‐to‐end product lifecycle, from customer research to design, build, and launch.
- Set, measure, and improve success metrics for the products you manage.
- Continually identify opportunities to enhance the cruise customer experience.
- Collaborate with product design, software engineering, and wider Luxury Escapes teams to deliver high‐quality, valuable products.
Your background
- Strong experience in Product Management and UX in a high‐growth business.
- Proven problem‐solver willing to roll up your sleeves and find the right solution.
- Track record of managing all aspects of the product lifecycle.
- Experience growing products through agile planning and rapid prioritisation.
- Solid collaboration skills and ability to influence cross‐functional teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Passionate about building products that customers love.
- Demonstrated success in defining metrics to launch excellent products.
