Now, we're looking for a Senior Marketing, PR & Social Manager to take our brand amplification to the next level.
About The Role
This is a big, visible role with real impact!
You'll lead the strategy and execution of PR, social (organic + paid), and influencer marketing—creating bold, thumb-stopping ideas, activations and content development that get people talking.
You'll sit at the heart of our marketing team, partnering with creative, brand, and agency teams to deliver campaigns that don't just look good – but drive real business results.
You'll also lead and inspire a team of three, building a high-performing, ideas-first culture.
What You'll Be Doing
* Own the PR & Social Strategy - leading PR, social and influencer strategies, driving brand awareness, engagement & customer growth whilst keeping Grill'd at the centre of culture & conversation
* Create Work That Cuts Through - develop bold, creative ideas that earn attraction - not just impressions and bring campaigns to life through PR, content, activations and influencer partnerships
* Build Influencer & Media Relationships - collaborate with top-tier media, creators and talent agencies as well as leading end-to-end influencer campaigns and delivering stand-out media moments
* Lead Social (Organic + Paid) - own channel strategy across TikTok, Meta, Youtube and beyond, driving growth and engagement through best-in-class content
* Drive Performance & Insights - track, measure & optimise campaigns across all channels, owning ROI and continuously looking to improve channel effectiveness
* Lead & Inspire - develop and mentor a high-performing team by fostering creativity, ownership and bringing fresh thinking into the business
What You Bring
* 6+ years in PR, social or integrated marketing roles
* Proven success delivering campaigns that drive both brand and commercial outcomes
* Deep understanding of social platforms (organic & paid) and influencer marketing
* Strong commercial mindset with a focus on ROI
* Confident leader who can inspire teams and influence stakeholders
* A natural storyteller with a sharp eye for culture and trends
