As our Director of First Impressions, you'll ensure every patient experience is smooth, accurate, and thoughtfully delivered. You'll work closely with the principal dentist and practice manager, contributing to a well-run front office that reflects our high standards.
This is a full-time position with a 9-day fortnight, giving you a consistent weekday off for balance and wellbeing.

* Managing patient communication, scheduling, payments, and front desk processes with accuracy and care.
* Contributing to operational improvements and the continual enhancement of the patient journey.

* Experienced senior receptionist — dental or medical experience preferred, but not essential.
