About the Role
As a Graduate Officer within the Human Resources & Strategy (HR&S) Directorate, you will contribute meaningfully to our strategic and operational objectives while supporting the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
In this dynamic role, you will engage in a broad range of projects and initiatives, benefiting from structured learning and development opportunities designed to build your capability and confidence. Your work may include:
* Conducting research and analysis to inform evidence-based policy and decision-making
* Drafting high-quality correspondence, reports, and briefing materials
* Supporting the review and improvement of HR policies, procedures, and systems
* Collaborating across teams to deliver impactful outcomes
We are seeking graduates who hold a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline completed in
2023, 2024 or by December 2025
