This is a unique opportunity to step into a deeply rewarding role supporting Aboriginal women and families across Central Australia. Based in Alice Springs, you'll be part of a service delivering culturally grounded, wrap-around support—while regularly travelling to remote communities and building strong, respectful relationships on Country.
What You\'ll Be Doing
* Supporting and advocating for women and children impacted by family violence
* Delivering outreach services to remote Aboriginal communities across Central Australia
* Building strong, respectful relationships with clients, families, and community networks
* Providing safety planning, case management, and referrals
* Working collaboratively as part of a passionate, purpose-driven team
About You
* You are genuinely committed to working in partnership with Aboriginal communities
* You bring experience in family violence, community services, or a related field
* You are confident working autonomously, particularly in remote settings
* You have strong cultural awareness and a willingness to listen, learn, and adapt
* You hold a relevant qualification (or significant sector experience)
* You have a driver's licence and are open to learning 4WD/manual driving
