Job Description
The responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to the following:
- End to end contract management including tender and proposal process for a diverse package suite; may tender documentation, pricing submissions, negotiations, term and conditions reviews for low to medium risk packages.
- Review variations to regular standard terms and conditions and prepare responses to mitigate risk and liability while achieving favorable commercial outcomes.
- Maintain the validity of live contracts which may include but is not limited to variations, claims, supplier performance reviews, pricing reviews etc.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar or equivalent role managing low to medium risk/value contract packages.
- Tertiary or relevant qualifications in commerce, law, and/or construction.
- Exposure to a mining operator and or the gold industry would be highly desirable.
