Human Resources Business Partner Job Opportunity
This role is ideal for a highly skilled HR professional seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join our team. The Human Resources Business Partner position reports to the Human Resources Manager and works closely with the HR team to provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees across the organization.
The primary focus of this position is to deliver strategic HR initiatives, manage HR projects, and provide coaching and mentoring to employees at all levels of the organization. To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or related field
- Strong understanding and experience in contemporary HR practice
- Knowledge and practical experience in job evaluation techniques
- Digital competency (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
