Financial Accountant Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Financial Accountant.
* Main Responsibilities:
* - Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes in the Finance team.
* - Perform daily bank and system reconciliations, payroll reconciliation, and accounts payable support.
* - Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and supporting month-end close.
* - Ensure all transactions are accurately accounted for and completed in a timely manner.
* - Resolve any invoice or query issues with clients.
* - Support the Finance team in process improvements and ad-hoc tasks as required.
About You
We are looking for someone with a strong educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Previous experience in a similar role is desired, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
* Proficient in Xero or similar cloud-based accounting software.
* Strong Excel and reconciliation skills.
* Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and time management capabilities.
