Join the team redesigning healthcare from the inside out
An exciting opportunity is now open for an experienced, forward-thinking Nurse Practitioner to join TMRW, a healthtech startup building a completely new model of personalised, preventative care.
About TMRW
We're not just changing healthcare. We're redesigning it from the inside out.
Healthcare is broken. People bounce between GPs, specialists, and naturopaths, collecting fragments of information in medical jargon that leaves them more confused than when they started. It takes forever and costs a fortune.
TMRW flips this completely. Powered by a world-class founding team, the company has built a predictive, personalised health platform that provides deep testing (advanced genetic analysis and comprehensive biomarker testing), then actually translates what it all means into clear, actionable insights and access to the latest innovations. For the first time ever; your health plan is rooted in your own biology and includes the best blend of medicine, nutrition and functional health.
Members are given access to a dedicated team of powerful clinicians who partner with them, from the outset, they are a dedicated coach, walking them through everything in plain English without the jargon.
Here's the breakthrough: TMRW shows users their "two tomorrows", visualising what happens without intervention versus what's possible with personalised care. This evidence-based approach, supported by research demonstrating significant improvements in health behaviour change, motivates real action in ways that traditional healthcare advice simply can't match.
About the Role
As a TMRW Nurse Practitioner, you will play a key clinical leadership role within our integrated telehealth model. You will deliver evidence-based care backed by our clinical team, biomarker science, and AI-enabled tools.
You will be responsible for interpreting advanced functional and diagnostic tests, prescribing across disciplines, and designing whole-person health strategies tailored to the biology, lifestyle, and goals of each client.
You will guide people through meaningful long-term transformation, not just symptom management. This is the kind of care most clinicians wish they could practise.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct in-depth telehealth consultations, including history, pathology, and health assessments
* Diagnose, prescribe, and manage care plans using precision testing data
* Prescribe practitioner-only supplements, nutraceuticals, and pharmaceuticals where appropriate
* Support clients with ongoing behavioural change, clinical monitoring, and health education
* Collaborate closely with internal doctors, coaches, and specialists in a multidisciplinary model
* Maintain accurate, high-quality clinical records and uphold all safety, risk, and ethical standards
* Help shape and evolve our clinical protocols, product features, and care model
About You
You are a Nurse Practitioner who wants to practise differently. You want more time with patients, more insight into what's really going on, and more tools to create lasting change.
You are confident in both clinical care and human connection. You can explain complex concepts simply. You are energised by change and excited to help build something meaningful from the ground up.
This is not a box-ticking role. It is for someone with conviction, compassion, and a bias toward action.
Must-Haves
* AHPRA registration as a Nurse Practitioner (mandatory)
* Demonstrated experience in integrative, functional, or preventative care
* Strong understanding of functional testing including microbiome, hormones, genetics, and biomarkers
* Confidence prescribing across both conventional and integrative treatments
* Strong digital communication and telehealth consulting skills
* Proficient in EMRs and health technology systems
* Committed to continual professional development and clinical learning
Nice-to-Haves
* Certification or training in functional or nutritional medicine such as A4M, IFM, ACNEM
* Interest or experience in longevity medicine, genomics, or epigenetics
* Prior experience in startups, health innovation, or technology-enabled models
* Strong organisational skills and ability to adapt in a fast-evolving environment
* Personal passion for health optimisation and proactive care
What You'll Get
* The opportunity to practise at the leading edge of healthcare
* Access to your own advanced testing and personalised protocols
* A supportive, flat team structure with low ego and high standards
* Flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to shape clinical systems from the ground up
* Real career progression in a purpose-led startup backed by serious expertise
TMRW is where purpose meets progression
We believe in:
Clarity is power. We cut through confusion with truth, simply explained
Intelligent rebellion. We don't settle for the system. We rebuild it
Radical care. We care deeply about science — and just as deeply about people
If that sounds like you, we'd love to meet.
