About this role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead the development and implementation of quality control systems within our childcare network. As a Childcare Quality Systems Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and driving high standards across our services.
Key responsibilities include leading quality improvement initiatives, providing advice on licensing and quality assessment requirements, coordinating quality improvement and reconciliation action plans, managing data analysis and reporting, and supporting staff development through training and professional learning.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated ability to identify and effectively review business processes, analysing and interpreting information to enhance efficiency and productivity.
* Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a team.
* Experience in using initiative, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving to analyse information and formulate solutions that improve systems and work practices.
* Demonstrated success in building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and clients.
* Practical knowledge of the Early Childhood National Quality Framework and relevant State and Federal legislation and regulations.
