Support Worker – For Male Participants (Urgent Start)
We are urgently seeking a Support Worker to provide care and assistance to our male participants in a shared household setting.
There are two male participants in this home, each requiring different levels of support:
* Participant 1:
* Requires 24/7 support
* Staff must be available to complete at least one inactive sleepover shift per week
* Participant 2:
* Requires 4 hours of daily community support
Urgent Requirement
We urgently need staff, particularly those who are available to complete inactive sleepover shifts as soon as possible, speacilay this week.
Key Requirements
* Experience as a Support Worker (preferred)
* Ability to work with male participants
* Availability for inactive sleepover shifts
* Reliable, compassionate, and professional
* Immediate availability highly regarded
