This leading studio are seeking a proven Director to lead the Senior Associates and their teams, as well as work closely with the Leadership team to assist the studio in their continued growth. Capitalise on a healthy bonus structure, leveraging off your existing contacts to bring in new work for the studio (non-essential). DUTIES. Lead the day-to-day operations of the architecture teams. Fortify the structures and processes within the teams. Jump into projects where you see fit, to streamline, and ensure efficiency in delivery. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE. Tertiary qualification in Architecture. NSW Registered Architect required. NSW Design Practitioner ideal. Proven experience in Class 2 residential projects, particularly construction/delivery stage.
