Job Overview
The Territory Business Manager is responsible for achieving territory sales targets by growing the Out of Home customer base, increasing distribution and winning in Independent P&C through compliance gains, and ensuring accounts return a positive ROI.
This role involves maximizing sales opportunities for all OOH brands, implementing agreed monthly targets, and delivering merchandise excellence within a designated geographic area.
* Net customer base maintenance and new business lead identification
* Sales opportunity maximization for all OOH brands
* Achievement of NPD and Core Range distribution targets
* Implementation of agreed monthly targets
* New product distribution and speed to shelf
* Deliver merchandise excellence within their geographic area
* Return on investment criteria to be met for discounts and capital
* Build and maintain Customer and CSR relationships
* Participate and comply in all approved company OH&S programs
* Maintain and update CRM system data
Requirements

Two to five years of experience in Field Sales, with a proven track record of developing strong customer relationships. A degree in Commerce or Marketing is preferred but not essential. Full Driver License required.
