Job Title: Front Office Receptionist

The Role

We are seeking a Front Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our park. The key duties include:

* Providing high standards of customer service,
* Processing guest check-ins and outs,
* Accurately using the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts,
* Coordinating with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation,
* Supplying guests information regarding property and local areas of interest,
* Completing day-to-day office administration,
* Maintaining excellent relationships with the park teams, residents and guests.

Accommodation is not offered with this position, ideally you should live within reasonable commuting distance to the park.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

* Previous front office experience within the hospitality industry,
* Passion for delivering exceptional Guest experience,
* Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking System,
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
* Ability to handle cash transactions accurately,
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail,
* Enthusiastic and positive attitude,
* Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed,
* Current driver's license essential.
